Emerald Stage2 Ventures has joined Zon Capital, Innovation Ventures, LP and Delaware Innovation Fund in the investment. David Freschman, Managing Principal of the two Delaware funds and a former CPA, has a strong understanding of this marketplace and sees great potential. “Starting with SOX, corporate understanding of the importance of good governance and strong risk management has greatly increased. We see it as shortly reaching an inflection point. BII is well-positioned to take advantage of this burgeoning marketplace.”
